Service Description

Education is the first step to be empowered in your birth. We will go through a set of five classes to learn about the pregnancy, birth, and the baby. We will also learn about different birthing techniques to prepare and get you through labor. There will also be in class exercises for both you and your partner to understand each other's roles in a better way. There will be exercises and breathing techniques we will learn about. Near the end of the class sessions we will have a mock labor practice together. I will also be going through basic infant care as well as offer a session with a certified lactation consultant. After the classes end you will receive a certificate for the completion and I will be available to answer any questions until birth happens.
